SPIN anyone? Fat loss???
I am not real big on cardio but know its needed to show the muscles I have hidden. Being a former ball player, my body just can not take weight lifting combined with an Insanity or p90x type regime. I participated in a SPIN class and was amazed about how much sweat , heart rate and cals burned. Has anyone has great success…

I have to maintain 3000 cals to stay my current weight 210 ---- Wow I never knew how hard it is to GAIN or Maintain eating healthy. I had to use the custom guide to change protein to 40 , carbs 40 and fat 20 percent.....
