Anyone here use MFP to GAIN

I have to maintain 3000 cals to stay my current weight 210 ---- Wow I never knew how hard it is to GAIN or Maintain eating healthy. I had to use the custom guide to change protein to 40 , carbs 40 and fat 20 percent.....

    You could actually drink the muscle/gain type protein shakes... add some good calorie dense foods like avocado, nuts..

    Yes. Of course! Some people think it's just for weight loss but it's for anything, even medical reasons so you can check your nutrients such as -say...calcium or your fat intake etc.
    Try Trail mix to gain weight, it's very caloric and also just sprinkle a tablespoon of oil oil over your potatoes or vegetables. One tbsp is 100 calories. Mayonaise is caloric as well. All those sauces and butters really add calories without the bulk.

    True, but most posts are about how to lose and not gain or maintain.

    Yup, currently bulking right now. I went from 165 to 175 in about 2 months and I'm trying to get to around 180 before cutting.

    Thanks for the responses - I feel like an OUTKAST at time .......... Most are curtailing calories, when I can not get enough:mad:
