Hi. The Guided profile is cool if you want to be average. If you want to lose fat and build muscle (ripped), you may want to use the custom settings ---40% carbs, 40% Protein, 20% Fat and eat most of your carbs around workout times. A person like Michael Jai White diet is 70% protein http://misterlottabody.wordpress.com/2008/03/06/michael-jai-white/ Just a lil info. Do what works for you but be aware of your goal and modify nutrition , weights and cardio as needed.
