Its easy to eat 2000 cals when you eating fast food. I Have to consume 3000 cals a day to maintain my weight ( I know most wish they had this problem) .IT is extremely hard to do and eat healthy --- and not break the bank.

Sounds like dehydration . Increase water consumption. I do 2 gallons a day. Varies from person to person. Protein Bars with allllot of fiber do the trick for me. Find something low in fat and carbs that can help you without causing allllot of damage . Whey Shakes and or EGG WHITES or Tuna help me...... They fill me up but…

The meats you eat have water in it. Muscles are composed of 70 percent water--- if you could measure it, you could. Its funny how water matters so much , but is not used in the guide to show any value--- Think about it..... But I get it , when in doubt stick to water. Do what works for you

I do 6 a day.... to lose fat 1 pd a week and gain muscle---every 2 weeks 1pd........................ON a GREAT 2 week cycle. Make every meal look like a rainbow if you can. The more color the better. alllot of protein, some carbs and a lil fat (witin 300 to 350 cal for me). 2 of my meals are shakes and protein bars.

Okay what is your weight height and fat % . YOu can PM me... I went from 210 to 210 in 3 months ..... cardio , weights 3 times a week and one rest day eating 1600 cals a day BUT my fat % went from 19 to 11 percent . Which would suggest I was losing fat , water and gaining muscle.
