  • Took me around 65 days to lose 26 lbs... But I still have 24 lbs to go. Technically it probably took a little less than that because It took me a week or two to really get into things. Like to start eating well and exercise. But I've been on MFP for a total of 68 days now.

  • Yesss. I do intervals when I'm running (2 minutes running, 2 minutes walking... I'm trying to build it up so I can run longer) But when I'm running and I wanna stop I just tell myself "It's only 2 minutes of your WHOLE life, You'll get through it" I do that a lot in other areas of my life too =)
  • I like to work out alone. I feel like if I work out with someone else I'll get discouraged or they'll slow me down. Once I'm at a healthy weight though I think I'd enjoy working out with a buddy sometimes, it'll make it so I'm more likely to stayyy in shape and go to the gym/ out running/ etc.
  • If I sweat a lottt and I just recently washed my hair, I'll just shower and rinse my hair of all the sweat... my head sweats a LOT its gross. But I have more of a problem with my skin drying out with showering a lot than my hair drying out... I wash my hair basically everyday unless I'm too lazy to wake up early.

  • Its a little hardcore ish I guess, or at least for some people but "Carrion" by Parkway Drive.. I have a live version where the lead dude is like "alright come on lets do this" in the beginning and it just gets me wanting to work harder haha
  • I usually have 1 cup of multigrain cheerios with just enough milk to wet them, normally a little less than a 1/4 of a cup, and then fruit of some sort. I don't have a lot of time in the morning so this is all I can manage but it's by far my favorite meal of the day haha, most normal food I eat.
