Since January 1st I've lost 19 pounds and I have 11 more to go before I've reached my goal but no matter what I do I'm just stuck. Not even an ounce changes! Please share tips if you have any!

Hard to believe, but what worked for me (multiple times along the way) was to INCREASE my calorie intake. No Joke! I would raise my calorie intake by about 500 calories for several days; then I would drop it down by about 400 calories, and then again increase it back up by about 300 = and keep zigzagging until I got back where my MFP custom recommended calorie intake was originally. Plus if you do the same exercise routine over and over, mix that up as well. It was really tough increasing my calories that first time, but after finding out it worked for me, I used that method each time I reached a plateau along the way. Congrats to you on your weight loss so far! You have made fabulous progress!0

what are you doing workout wise and whatnot ?0 -
I do a variety of exercise. Somedays I go to the gym and do the circuit training they have there. At home I either walk for 30min-hour and I also have a mini trampoline/DVD I use and a yoga DVD as well.0

Thank you! I had heard of switching up the calorie intake but I've been so strict with a 1200 calorie diet I'm scared to increase it. In the past I've been able to lose weight quickly but I also gain it back quickly.0

watch your sodium and sugar0 -
You lost weight really fast since january. It is normal your body stops the process while it adapts... Don't worry, you will lose more later on. Maybe not that fast but ou will lose it!0
