Ok some of you are reading this wrong, My doctor was not saying I wasnt diabetic any more, she was saying that I had A1c of a normal person, I understand I will always be diabetic, I come from a family were both parents were diabetic plus a sister.

my breakfast consist of 2 cups coffee, 3 eggwhite omelet w/cheese, 2 pcs of canadian bacon, cup of hash browns o'brien, 1/2 cup peaches, 1 mini danish, clocks in at about 325 calories.

I have a FT7 I hand wash mine with baby shampoo then rinse really well than towel dry, to help remove excess water ,than let air dry, its ready to go in couple hours. I wash it once a week.

you have to watch it dont over cook it, or its gonna spike, least it does on me. if i cook less than the directions, my sugar stays in pretty good range the next morning, but if if I cook it 9mins or longer my sugar the next morning will reach 148.

what brand name and model is your HRM, if we knew that info maybe someone here could give you some advice.
