I drink roughly about 4 litres I think a day, more or less. If I don't drink it, I feel rubbish. I do try to stay away from any other drinks but if i do treat myself, I enjoy them even more.

Find yourself a fruit and veg stall! They all vary in price so it will take a bit of looking around but once you have found one, your never go back to buy your fruit and veg in a supermarket again! By eating a small amount of calories does not mean you will lose weight. Even 1200 is too low. I would raise it to 1600 (still quite low) and then add your exercise calories on top and make sure you eat them all. If you keep your calories low, your body will go in shock and store fat. I personally cant function without breakfast. I used to only be able to eat a hot breakfast but have slowly got into eating milk/cereal. I eat my breakfast at 8am and by 1030 i am hungry. You have to eat back your calories you burn, otherwise its on the line of starving yourself! I do myself and have lost every week. You have 1200 cal a day to use and if you do exercise you are gaining more calories but burning calories and you need to fuel them otherwise you are running on empty.
