I love Cajun seasoning-like season salt but spicy!!! Also love sweet / spicy Asian sauces...they have sugar but don't take a ton to gain flavor!

I have a cup that holds 16 oz so it makes me walk to the water cooler at least once every 1 1/2 hours...I always have gum, granola bars, some sort of fresh fruit and individual oatmeal packets to keep me out of the vending machines...

I'm in the same boat ... I can lose 20# then always gain back at least 10-15 of it. I really want to get to that place where I can keep it all off...MFP helps alot but i always seem to drop it when life gets busy and fun (summer).

Is everyone afraid of bacon? hahahahah... Can we all agree that this is the best season yet!?!?!? I truly have a hard time believing my eyes at what they are allowing on "regular" tv!! Absolutely love it! We do one of our exercises during the week as a "hands free" (can do the video if wanted). I weigh and record every friday morning....most weeks I show a 1/2 # loss, some a 1# gain, but overall my trend is downward over the past 12 weeks so I can't complain too much :) Slow and Steady!:wink:
