  • So I would substitute the creamer for heavy cream. But 29 grams is ok. Your goal is 20 grams a day . It’s not set in stone. You can eat 50 and be in ketosis. I have been on Keto and have an occasional beer and pizza binge and I am back in ketosis within a day.
  • It sounds like you are having issues with your bicep tendon. i would recommend you more stretching before and after each exercise.
  • most gyms at least here in the USA will let you have a weeks membership for free. I would strongly recommend you try that before throwing down any money for a membership. Also all the up front fees are negotiable. Play the gyms against each other they will lower rates to get your money.
