Sounds about right. That's what I eat per day and I'm 143 and 5 foot 2 :) I'm losing, but slow and steady and I did hit a monthlong plateau after raising cals from 1200, but now seem to be losing again after a couple of even higher cal days and a few days of rest. My body rewarded me by dropping 2.5 pounds :)

I work out six days a week and have for about 3 months. I recently took a few days off and my body rewarded me by busting me out of a month long plateau and dropping 2.5 pounds :) enjoy it, relax and renew!

And good luck with your goals! Just don't get caught in the 1200 calorie trap, like I and so many others have. It slows down your metabolism significantly and it took my body a full month to stop freaking out on me after I raised my calories. I may still even have to raise them more, but I'm not ready for another month…

according to how much weight you have to lose, I wouldn't try to lose that in a week. Go back in and Set your weight loss goal to a half pound per week and see what it says. I recently got full lab work done and received a letter stating everything was "normal". I genuinely wasn't getting hungry on 1200 cals a day. Instead of staying low I took the opposite approach and increased my calories to 1500 and started making myself eat something small every 3 hours. I don't drink much anymore.... tomorrow is my birthday so that statement doesn't apply lol. But I've been to several occasions lately where people are drinking and I just don't bring it up.
