I'm 6 weeks in doing T25. I've only seen 3.5 lbs lost, but almost 10 inches. I think that's common with this workout. I LOVE IT!! Of course I want 30 lbs off, butt inches rock too ;)

Awesome progress!! I can definitely see change!! I think sometimes we know the progress is there, but we also keep wearing our baggy clothes, so people can't really tell :) I'm on week 6 of T25 and the only people that really notice the change are the people who know I'm busting my butt lol. Here's my progress pics

I just go by MFP for calorie counting. I've never been able to follow a food plan. I like fast food and hot dogs every now and then lol!

Yes and No! lol I stil can't get the 'up and over' It's such a simple move, but I completely struggle with it! And the 180 turns... not a chance! Most of it gets better... it did for me at least. Im just glad I do it in the privacy of my own home and not a gym! BETA is worse, because there are soooooooooooooooo many…

Single mom here! I can't get up early, s I do my workouts at night. I do T25 (it's only 25 minutes!) and recently started 30 Day Shred.
