i add cough drops to my hot tea. i know it's not exactly an additional item to your list, but it makes the tea even more effective. i use about 6-8 menthol cough drops, usually honey lemon so i can skip the honey or sugar.

So why does MFP itself tell you exactly the opposite if you log under your calorie goal? Lowers metabolism, makes weight loss difficult, you must have at least 1200 calories minimum, yada yada yada...

I just feel like what I'm doing isn't working. It'd be great to have someone just hand me a menu (even better, the actual meal! haha, if only I were rich enough for that...) and tell me what I need to do in terms of exercise to finally succeed at getting thin and healthy. I'd just like to find out what will work for me.…
