I'm 5'1 and a half (lol) at my heaviest (non pregnant) weight I was 279. The middle pic I was about 215 from diet, really no exercise yet and the last pic I'm 169 and that was just Wednesday. :)

That's my thinking too (not to log it), although admittedly I don't get as crazy as you about cleaning. Is your house really that dirty? I don't log housework, laundry, sex. If I eat it, I log it. It counts.

I eat about half of my burned calories back just because you can get so many different readings on how many calories are burned doing a specific exercise. So to be on the safe side I just eat back half. Its working for me.

Why not just multiply it by 5 to get the total for the whole pizza & then divide that number by however many slices you cut it into?

I agree with the prepared / unprepared for mixes because you can add different ingredients like for the cake mix you could do the soda cake instead of the oil & eggs and whatnot.

What I love is how much of a difference there is between cooked & un cooked weights. I run / jog while my husband walks fast (I'm 5'1, he's 6'), I always stay within his sight and I don't run at night unless I am VERY close to him.

I don't know what the big deal is... I had them and they're coming back but why do people like them? Mine honestly hurt if I'm rough housing and somebody pushes them accidentally.

One refill is more that what is expected??? Yah I'm not going to tell the server that they need to be ready with refills because I drink more than normal people when I only get one refill. :noway:

I've really come out of my shell. I used to be a bit of a trash talker but really had no experience to back any of it up as my mom was VERY strict and didn't allow me out of the castle... uh er, house very much. I really feel like in high school I wasn't anywhere near as awesome as I am now. Lovin' life!
