yes you are right, going over your sugar with fruit is definitely not something to worry about. its "healthy" sugar versus processed sugar like in soda, candy, etc. just don't go OVERBOARD with it, as with ANYTHING. even the healthiest foods are unhealthy if you eat too much of it.

what do you mean exactly when you say "cheat day"? you know that you have to eat 3500 calories ABOVE whatever your maintenance is to gain 1 lb right? if you overeat a bit 1 day a week, it definitely isn't going to ruin anything. when you have your "cheat day" do you eat an excess of 3500 calories? if not, i wouldn't worry…

start a weight lifting program. focus more on lifting than on cardio. that will build muscle and the more muscle you have, the more calories you will naturally burn. plus lifting gives you a HOT body ;-) you will ,eventually, have to net more than 1200 calories a day though. i currently eat around 1800-2000 calories a day…

make sure you eat enough protein if you are going to be starting something like this. eating mostly vegetables is good, but your muscles are going to start aching for protein if you don't get enough. and make sure you are NETTING 1350, not just eating 1350, otherwise you will not be getting enough calories

stop focusing on the number on the scale, take measurements of your arms, waist, thighs, etc and start lifting weights. you may stay at the same weight, but you will shrink.
