yea I hate that too. One of the reasons I go to the gym in the morning before work (i get there around 5:15AM) the only other people there that early are other people who are serious about going to the gym, not the "yay im at the gym ahahah" type of people...

i had the same question and i was told that if you were to go over on anything, that protein is the "best" one to go over on.

i was wondering the same thing. i added coffee brewed from grounds the other day and had calories but today i barcode scanned my k-cup package and it came up no calories????

thank you so much everyone who responded. im definitely going to try this out for a week and see how i like it... but i am thinking i will cancel my WW subscription and just use this, im loving it so far. really appreciate the feedback guys! i'll have to click around a bit and read up more on what you guys recommended…

ditto for me on the milk thing. I have not had milk to drink in over 2 years... I used to drink it all the time and I still eat dairy foods with no issues (yogurt, cheese, ice cream, etc.) almond milk ALL the way if you ever need "milk"
