Try using a diary free milk. I used to get this but since switched to almond milk or Kara Coconut milk and never have that problem now.
Drinking milk now turns my stomach. :-/0 -
i try it
thank u 0 -
Good luck. Be good to hear how you get on! x0

Do you drink milk at other times of the day as well?
Do you get sick then too?
I suddenly became lactose intolerant in my twenties. I too thought I was just getting sick because of breakfast, but turned out it was the dairy. Maybe try some other breakfast tomorrow and see if you still get sick.0 -
not really, on the afternoon i drink sometimes a glass of milk and itsb all good, sometimes i get a stomachache but rarely0

So you felt sick once and you haven't had breakfast since? Or you've tried every day for two weeks and felt sick daily? Many thing can make you sick, a one off infection, low blood sugar, caffeine withdrawal not sure why there is such an obsession with self diagnosed intolerances on this forum. Have you tried a completely different breakfast, perhaps a smoothie or an omelette? You don't have to have cereal and milk.0

sure i tried a lot of things, skip the milk, eat eggs, try a shake, but i always get sick.
i drink a lot of coffee, maybe thats the problem? idk0 -
See your doctor if it goes on more than two weeks.0

I was drinking coffee every morning (1 stronger cup) and had the same problem. I swapped to tea and still felt ill once I got to my desk. Once I stopped drinking coffee I no longer feel that way in the morning.
It was hard, I got caffeine headaches and had to buy a diet soda by noon to get me by, but now I am off caffeine completely.
If you still have problems and think it may be acid reflux, I'd recommend taking an over-the-counter Omeprazole tablet which is an acid reducer. That worked for me also when I had horrible acid reflux.0 -
ditto for me on the milk thing. I have not had milk to drink in over 2 years... I used to drink it all the time and I still eat dairy foods with no issues (yogurt, cheese, ice cream, etc.)
almond milk ALL the way if you ever need "milk"0 -
I'll throw it out there: Are you perhaps pregnant?0
