I’m 45 I would love to start by loosing 20 pounds. Once I do that I wan to see how I look feel to get back in the 160’s then I will see if I want to loose another 20-30 to get down to 130. My mom’s health is getting worse and I just don’t want to go down the same path.

I have put on weight over the last few years and I just have to get it off. Now that I’m 45 and 5 ft 3 at 184 it’s getting harder on my knees and body. It get frustrated easy and give up when I feel like the weight is not coming off fast enough and i do not see results soon enough. I need to lean to trust in the process.

Sorry I got busy and forgot to post my weigh in yesterday 159. Yeah I lost the 2 lbs I put on from school being canceled for 4 days and another lbs too.

160. I use my wii as my scale since my daughter broke the other one. Last week on Friday I kept getting on it and it was saying 157 which i knew was not correct. Then on sat i tried again and it was at 162 so that was more believable . Today 160. So i have lost 2 more lbs this week. I just don't want to eat. Its probably…

I can't believe this I have had a rotten week with almost no exercise and i ate just over my calories a bit this week and I lost a bunch according to the wii. I checked it 3 times. I am at 157. SW 168 now 157 I have no clue what is going on. Now if i can get rid of these headaches life would be perfect.

Today I weighed in at 163 which means I lost 1 lb this week. Since it was a stressful week and I did eat bites of junk food I am happy that I still lost something. At least I only had a bite or two instead of a whole bunch of junk food. I also actually had some alcohol which is a rarity for me.

I weighed myself on the Wii this morning and it was at 164 which put me at 4lbs. I will see what the scale at school says today.

I also work in a school. Luckily we have passing periods every 65 min so I can make it to the bathroom if needed. Since I am prone to headaches I try to drink water, but I end up making tea more often.

I'll Join SW 168 so 20% is about 34 pounds which would put me about 134 pounds which is basically my goal weight.
