Anything over 200...I do not want to be there again....EVER!!!!

Daily, but that's just because that's what works for me. It keeps me motivated, keeps me honest, and I really look forward to my daily weigh-ins. =)
-
I wouldn't take the pill to go back 10 yrs. I love my life the way it is, including all the bumps in the roads that got me here! =)
-
I weigh myself daily because that's what works for me, but every person is different. For me the daly weigh in does two things...1. it keeps me honest and gives me a reality check if I need it and 2. it motivates me when I see a loss, no matter how small

WAY TO GO!!! IT'S TOTALLY NOTICEABLE. ALSO CONGRATS ON YOUR GOAL TO JOIN THE MILITARY.

So far for the 20 lb milestone I gave treated myself to a Pedicure...at 30+ lb mark I went with a friend (for her birthday) and got a 1 hour massage and a manicure/pedicure! My ultimate treat (In October) is a Disneyland vacation with my family, accompanied by an entirely new wardrobe =)

1 Thomas's Whole Grain 100 Calorie English Muffin, 1 tablespoon of butter 50 calories, multi-vitamins, and water! =)

Great job! It is definitely noticable! I am so happy for you for reaching the 200's again, that's a wonderful milestone to have met. Let this excitement and personal proudness be your motivation to keep going! =)

For Me A Cheat Day Is...when I knowingly exceed my calorie goal for the day...however I also consider the fact that this isn't really "cheating" if you account for it, accept it, and make concessions to "fix" whatever you may have caused. =)
-
My main sources are chicken, extra lean ground turkey, beans, eggs, and cottage cheese. I used to do the Whey Protein shakes, but recently haven't been using them and I still exceed my daily protein goal on a regular basis. =)
-
This is beyond amazing!!! You have done a remarkable job and I am confident you will reach your final goal by summer. Thanks for posting and inspiring us all!

My Reward Is A Trip To Disneyland WIth My Family!!! =) I can't wait to experience Disneyland with my "goal weight"...I expect it will be a totally different experience, even though we have been many times before...this time will be different, I can feel it! =)

Pizza, definitely pizza...and the close (very close) runner up would be chinese food!!!!

I've had great luck with walking only as cardio thus far...I've noticed I get the best results when walking atleast 3.5mph (non treadmill) for 30 minutes straight, and try to do this twice a day...when I was doing that I noticed results quickly and felt great.

Yes, all af my MFP friends are my real friends! =) They are super supportive too! =)
-
I am glad your friend noticed...it's a good feeling when people notice, it's an added boost of motivation! =)

-
I have just recently tried it, I have yet to see a benefit, and the taste is horrible...but I look forward to seeing what other people have to say
-
That's so wonderful!!! I am very happy for you, keep up the hard work!
-
For me, family noticed around 10lbs, and friends/co-workers closer to 15-20...just remember, YOU know you are losing and that's what matters! =)
-
I am not sure, but I too have those days...did you happen to notice if today you possibly consumed more fiber or proteins then you did yesterday? Either way, I love when I have those days...it feels nice to not worry about it...to feel so full that food doesnt cross your mind, and full in a healthy way too!
-
I would like to give hiking a try and then casual travel (aka stay-cations)!
-
I didnt join this until middle of January...but since I joined I haven't had pizza but I would really really really love some right about now...ha ha...it's not worth it though...just simply not worth it. I really enjoy the weight loss, increased energy, and health better than the pizza anyways.
-
whenever I am hungry I force myself to drink some water (usually 2-3 cups worth) first, and if I am still hungry after then I go ahead and get a high fiber snack, but I have found that usually I am not hungry after having the water...my body was just so used to confusing thirst for hunger...I am finally adapted and now I…
