I haven't eaten fries all year long and I am almost to the point where I don't miss them....(until I buy my daughter McDonalds) I swear the aroma of their fries makes my mouth water.

There are a few places that i havent been to that i used to be a regular at. I would get either a deep fried monte cristo with cheese sauce and fries or a HUGE burrito with pork and green chili, eggs, beans, guac, hot sauce...mmmmmmm i want one of either of those right now. Haha. But no i realized what and how much i was eating in one meal and it ruined it for me. Eat much better now :-)0

years ago I worked at Bennigan's. Used to eat that deep fried monte cristo with powdered sugar and raspberry jam EVERY shift. OMG, that thing was delicious.0 -

really? I have that a few nights a week. 1 oz bread with 1 tsp. light butter only about 130 calories. It's not bad.0 -

I didnt join this until middle of January...but since I joined I haven't had pizza but I would really really really love some right about now...ha ha...it's not worth it though...just simply not worth it. I really enjoy the weight loss, increased energy, and health better than the pizza anyways.0

Krispy Kreme.... There is one within walking distance of my house! It's right next to Stein Mart, TJ Maxx, Chilis, Moes, Chipolte, Panera, Staples and a few other places! Needless to say, I've learned to stay far away from that strip mall!0

ice cream, specifically ben and jerry's phish food, coffee heath bar crunch, cherry garcia, mint chocolate cookie, chocolate fudge brownie... i think thats it for them...
oh and hagen daz coffee, and dryers rocky road..

These are my favorite! I had so many when I was on tour in Canada!
I don't hold back from any foods. Life is too short to ban food from your diet.
My absolute favorite indulge food is a cupcake from Cupcake Royale (they use local fresh ingredients, organic whenever possible-ha, 'clean cupcakes') I found out they are about 490 calories per cupcake, so I just figure them into my daily goal...and only once a month. I figure, as long as I'm indulging, it should be a 'premium' food, and as clean as possible. I won't eat grocery store cupcakes/cookies etc.0 -
Soda.
It only really bothers me when I want to drink spiced rum... it's just not the same with out coke.0
