Already said most of what I wanted to say. I also eat fruit but I mainly eat low carb. The cravings for me stopped after a few days. The biggest thing I noticed was how good I felt. I love Atkins! It works well for me and it's very easy for me to follow. For me, it gives me alot of energy and it helps me with the cravings. I don't know about long term. I've been reading up on it. I've been on it for 2 months and no issues so far.

This is just what I needed to see today. Ugg I wanted to throw my scales out the window last night. I actually felt bad because I took a rest day yesterday. Then I remind myself that this isn't a race and there are changes a scale will not show! Thanks OP and great work, you look awesome!

It seems to hurt a bit but it is improving. I guess I need to concentrate on not favoring it. I think I'm afraid that if I use it, it will hurt. I hate the fact that my body is not holding up to what I want and need it to do... I imagine it takes time, trying to be patient. Thanks for your response.
