  • My two cents: Just cook like always and limit the amount you eat. If you normally eat 2 cups of pasta, just eat one - and yes, you'll WANT to eat more but hey, no pain no gain!
  • In my experience, after a week of being "good" I find I don't actually eat that badly on my cheat day even though anything goes. Possibly because I've shrunken my stomach or perhaps I'm just accustomed to eating less. I still track my calories on the cheat day and they usually end up being enoughl to maintain my weight but…
  • Hi I turned 45 in July - 3 months after giving birth to my only child. Rocking it as much as one can with sleep deprivation! :)
