I tried the couch to 5k app and I didn't like it. I just loaded up on good music and I would jog to every other song. Now I can jog 15-20 minutes straight without stopping and I am on week 3. My trainer also told me to find a pace that I could maintain, and not to start out too fast. My jog is slow but it is steady. Good…
