Good going! I wish I had time for a trainer. Sounds like your making your goal. Hang in there I lost both my parents, my 14 yeo Golden Ginger, and then just went through a divorce. Stress and depression is our number one contributor to unhealthy body weight.

55 and getting busy getting rid of the stress weight I put on in the last 5 years. Got ti get rid of 30 lbs...Walking, cycling, and eating healthy. Still have one bad habit left. My evening coctail. What is life without a few spirits. ;)

I had no idea how much weight I gained until I could not cross my legs, get off the ground, and fit into my clothes. I don't own a scale but even when I looked in the mirror I didn't notice. I'm here again myself. Seems like the stress and life changes interrupt myplan. Both times I didn't realize how much weight I had gained until I am 30 lbs over weight. Time to get moving again and keep moving. Anybody can add me.

Yep weekends are suppose to be relaxing with a few beers and a bbq. But I think it's okay to do anything in moderation. Unfortunately I've been over doing it for the last year...(stress and a change in life)...and so I'm getting back to myfitnesspal to get that 30 lbs off. 55 and loving it.
