I think I would question the word friend with this person. Clearly she was trying to hurt your feelings or discourage you. Sometimes it's better to remain silent and appear a fool than to speak and leave no doubt. Clearly she is a fool.

I am just a newby here but I would think as long as your keeping your calorie goal and doing plenty of exercise you should be fine. I would just be scared that it would get boring and tempt me to fall back on old comfort food.

Years ago when my Dad was still alive and I was verrry skinny he say's to me "Sissy if you lose any more weight your gonna fall through your a*# and hang yourself". I cracked up and couldn't believe that came out of his mouth.

I have been having thoughts about that too. I keep track of the calories burned on the treadmill at the gym but MFP is always alot higher. I always put in what the equipment at the gym says. I would rather track the lowest number so I don't take the chance of overeating calories burned.

I do egg whites and ham slices on Arnold wheat rounds. You can make them on your day off and freeze them. 40 secs in nuker and your ready to go. Or it only takes about five minutes to make fresh.
