Just finished day 6 level 2, talk about killer on the shoulders & arms. I'm still not making it all the way through without a break & i cant use my weights all the way through but I am looking foward to the changes. I took pics & measurements when I started & will recheck when my 30 days are up.

I'm not following any certian diet. I watch my calories & probably the biggest thing is portion control. I have a scale so I've started weighing foods, especially when portion sizes are listed in weight, it makes a big difference. So I know I'm eating 1 once of chips if that' what the serving size is. Only working out at home. On nicer days I'll walk to the park with the kids & walk around the track. We had a membership at the Y but it lapsed & I just never renewed it. I do miss the Zumba classes but otherwise I'm doing better with weight loss now than I was before.

Today was my first day, so day 1 level 1. My legs are a little sore but I'm curious to see how this turns out. I took my measurements after so we will see, we will see. Let's see what tomorrow brings.

I'm gonna start the 30ds on 1/9. I will be off for 4 days so I can try & adjust to it before I go back to work.
