  • Never remove your fitbit lol! I wear mine 24/7 - you dont have to be right on the money on the times fitbit can tell if you are a few minutes off. keep it on and then record on MFP in exercise say 15 min of crunches or ab work or something like that and it will all adjust your calories
  • I have a fitbit zip and could not be happier. It syncs well with MFP so if I do something on treadmill or eliptical then I log in and put my calories that the machine told me i burned into MFP.   • I only sync mine Monday thru Friday at work and to me it is totally worth it. I have never been so motivated before as I am now that I have the fitbit. I log everything on MFP not on fitbit and they work great together.
