    1.5 miles in over my lunch hour. I have another walk planned this evening with a friend while our kids ride bikes alongside us. I will log that one tomorrow as I won't be near a computer *tonight*.

    I rode 7.39 miles on my bike in 35.44 minutes today. and it was HOT. and HUMID. and SWEATY. but it still feels good!

    This sounds fun. I haven't had anything to motivate me to keep moving so I'd like to try this out. I'm going to try for 75 miles. And I actually walked yesterday!!
