Your transformations are all amazing and inspiring! We CAN do this!

I do this also and it really helps keep me on track. I typically take my breakfast, lunch and snacks to work every day so I have healthy things on hand and do not fall temptation to the vending machine. And log all my meals as long as I know what I'm preparing for dinner. With coming home from the office and having a hubby…

Well done ladies! Very inspiring. I've just been doing bike/elliptical and a little strength training. I just got my 30 day shred DVD this week, hoping to start in a day or so and change things up.

I love the Fiber One bars as well. Another of my recent favorites is the Kashi Dark Mocha Almond Chewy Bars. At only 130 calories they are yummy and filling! The peanut butter one is great too.

Great job you look fantastic! Thanks for posting this pics...very motivating! My goals are very similar...5'2 height SW:170 CW:162.8 GW:130. Have been using MFP for a little over a month and lost 8 lbs in that time with healthy eating and exercise. Once I hit 130 I will decide whether or not to go for another 5 or 10 lbs.

I've made this version before and it turned out pretty good! Making your own BBQ sauce can save a ton of calories!

Amazing and inspirational! I just started MFP a few weeks ago, starting at 170, down almost 5 lbs now to 166, hoping to get to 130. Will definitely check out the blog!

Love it!

What a great idea! I like the unsweetened vanilla almond milk in my cereal, I bet it would do great in coffee!
