I haven't been very good the last couple of days, just lazy I guess anyway, today I pulled it together and did 45 min. of cardio on the bike and the strength exercise, also did some yard work, water is good, but sodium is most likely over since I had a lean cuisine for supper....yummy but full of salt! Cardio strengh & water in, didn't log my food, I used to be obsessed with logging every bite, I can't seem to get back in the habit of it :frown: I know it helps though. Don't forget to vote everyone!

I'm sorry mommashelli, I seem to be getting worse all the time at checking in, I have been laying the front walkway and that usually wears me out, so not much exercise the past couple of days, I was on track the first of the week, then it kinda went away:embarassed: Have a great weekend Sweets!:flowerforyou:

Sorry to leave you lonely mommashelli:flowerforyou: I've been busy laying my walkway, it's a big job. I really haven't paid any attention to my diet the past few days, just eating whatever.... but I have been doing the exercise challenges, and good on water. Have a fun party! and happy weekend!

Got busy and didn't log, so I'm not sure about the carbs, Water good and 100 squats in, unloaded a truckload of flagstone and a load of sand for cardio, also walked around in the mall for 3 hours goofing off with our great-Nephew.

I was so hungry all day, I know I didn't give up any food, since I've eaten everything in sight today! Did do the crunches though and did some heavy work outside for a few hours, I tore out our front porch steps to raise the walkway ...Ya, I do things like that, but It makes my husband nervous sometimes! LOL:laugh:

Not so good with snack choices today, I just had a pop tart :blushing: I did some yard work though, I'm redoing a walkway so, I'm getting some heavy lifting in. I'll get more water and some crunches in before bed. @ mommashelli Hope Girls night was a blast! Happy Sunday all!

Forgot to do the push ups yesterday, but I got them in today along with the cardio and lunges, did yesterdays cardio too, I like that the challenges have gotten a bit harder, I need it! Good on water both days, I can't seem to get back in the habit of logging but I've eaten pretty healthy this week. Great job Mommashelli!…

All done, Did the Jumping jacks & 50 each of crunches, reverse crunch & obliques. Logged all my food....I think... and not over ! Yay me! Good on water and didn't have the diet chocolate pudding.......hopefully I can get to bed before I weaken:ohwell: Night all

Squats done yesterday & Tricep kickbacks done today, ate homemade meals yesterday, but Failed miserably on the salt today. good on the water both days.

Got in water, veggies and 100 regular push-ups divided into 3 sets, not bad for an old lady huh? :bigsmile: This time last year I impressed myself when I did 5 of them! Just build up gradually Girls.... You will be amazed what your body is capable of! :drinker:

Got the crunches done, working on the water and did a bit of Zumba, :smokin: I haven't been too bad on the sugar today but had my daily fiber one brownie....come on.... it's fiber .....that's why I force myself to have one!......it's not those yummmy chocolate chips :wink: :bigsmile:

Hey all, I got in the squats, push ups and triceps extensions, haven't done quite as well on cardio or the food challenges, though I did eat all my veggies yesterday :) I can't believe it is almost the end of the month! Workout completed, Water good and had some protein, I find that I do better on the food challenges that tell me TO eat something, rather than food to avoid......go figure :laugh:

Hey all, I've gotten all the strengh exercises in so far this week, not so great for the food challenges, I couldn't find anything I hadn't had before, I did get in the 3 veggies though. Pretty good on water. Have a great weekend everyone!
