I love having to report in! otherwise I'll slack off, being naturally lazy:wink: 100 push ups complete... the real ones too! water finished, but a miserable failure with sugar intake :(

125 crunches complete along with 45 minutes on the elliptical, not so good with the food challenge, does cereal count? Don't think I'll do very well with no salt either....That would be tough!

Tabata workout done, I did jumping jacks, push ups, jump rope & crunches did 40 squats 15 bike miles..... 7.5 challenge miles My patio is finished!!!!! I thought I would never get it done! Now to get all the weeds I've been neglecting!

Did yesterday's and today's workouts and didn't drink any calories either day, I usually don't, so I love this challenge, but bad timing! I'll be drinking all my calories tomorrow since I have to have a colonoscopy on Friday :grumble: :grumble: :grumble:

My weight is up over 2 lbs.!!! it's 152.1 today, :noway: not sure how that happened! I haven't been real good this week ....but better than usual! I am feeling the muscles coming back though, since I hadn't been working out, maybe that's it.

Azeria you did an awesome job today, I'm so proud of you! I was barely under on sodium both yesterday and today, and finally completed my workout, that was a tough one, but breaking it up, it wasn't so bad. Hope everyone is having a great weekend!

Good on ya Kris! I know you don't feel like it today! My workout and water is done, though it wasn't pretty! I'm having some issues with my wrists and doing a push up is extremely painful! :sad: Any ideas on how to do a push up without using your hands???? Hopefully it's just temporary!
