I've been away from this site for a while.... when did everyone get so Mean???? The OP is looking for solutions and support here isn't that what we are supposed to be about???? Her husband works hard and she does the cooking, she's looking for a solution that is workable long term. Ya'll quit smarting off and help!

Hi Mommashelli, I hadn't done it in a while myself, it felt good! But I've forgotten the steps I did know, which wasn't many! Got in the water, did strength challenge & 40 minutes on the elliptical yesterday. I can't seem to make myself log my food,:grumble: so I don't know about the sodium. Have a great Weekend!

Oh my Donna, you do need a TV to watch while working out, it really helps pass the time! I still have about 20 more episodes of Dr. Who on Netflix , I get one started and 45 minutes is gone in a flash! I rode a stationary bike for 45 minutes today, ate a fiber one Brownie ...Yum! and more veggies than usual....I cooked…

Good for you Mommashelli! take it from me....once you go there it is really hard to not go off track again....and again :frown: I used to be so good!!! :cry: Anyway I think I'm close on the food today, water done, I did today's cardio & pushups, yesterday's squats, and I plan to do Monday's crunches before bed.
