  • I've been in my baby weight loss journey for almost 2 months. I've lost about 10 lbs and have 25 to go. I think support from other moms really helps. Our situation is unique and it takes a lot of planning, dedication, and support. Please feel free to add me (anyone reading this). I could use extra support too :)
  • I know pasta and meat is usually weighed pre-cooked so I'd image it's the same for veggies. Sometimes the label will state if it's measured pre-cooked, cooked, or sometimes both.

  • I did the DVD, ten days on each level with a rest day before going onto the next level. I then did it again, but tried to do the more difficult version of the moves. It's a great program and you'll get results if you stick with it. If you like 30DS, I recommend her Ripped in 30 DVD.

  • I recently purchased a heart-rate monitor and get significantly different numbers than anything MFP was calculating for me.
