It's calorie free, so will make no difference to your weight loss. In fact, it satisfies my cravings. I drink it most days and have lost over 50lbs.

Nike, all the way. always.

Yes I am definitely interested! Just to check, the challenge will start in 2 weeks? So starting early September? The reason I ask as I am challenging myself not step on the scales for another 2 weeks so wouldn't be able to give my stats until then! :)

Price-wise, Asda are probably best for value, unfortunately I don't have one near me. But choice-wise for healthy food, Morrisons, hands-down. And fairly good value too. I love their fresh fruit, veg, fish and seafood, and their NUME range is amazing. I also shop in Lidl, again very good value, and great fresh fruit and…

It's not a diet, it's a lifestyle. I will always be counting calories. And I'm absolutely fine with that.

I was 34 and pre-diabetic. I had horrific stomach problems which left me in excruciating pain for weeks, combined with photos of a family holiday when I was at my heaviest ever weight, and I was unrecognizable to myself. I guess these three things combined lead me to have a mini-breakdown, I hated my life, I hated myself,…

You are a truly awesome, inspirational, amazing human being. Thank you so much for sharing you story. :)

Diet drinks, sugar versions with zero or only a few calories. I drink diet pepsi, diet 7Up, etc.

Doritos and Salsa, addictive. Used to be Peanut butter for me, too, but I have trained myself to resist.

Except a 'handful of Almonds' could have 200 + calories, and presumably the OP is looking for something other than a 200 calorie snack to curb hunger pangs.
-
I use diet soda to curb hunger, works for me. I know some say they get sweet cravings from it, but I guess we're all different, it certainly satisfies my hunger/cravings for a while. :)

35 going on 17 here. anyone feel free to add me :)

I would be tempted to get some exercise in to gain some more calories, 100 calories isn't going to be much of a dinner. You could burn 200-300 calories in 30 minutes with some cardio such as running/jogging, cycling, even something like 30 day shred dvd or similar if you have anything, or have a look on youtube for some…

Water, salt, diet drinks with less than 5 calories, cooking spray. Every else gets logged.

You didn't specify the size of the bowl.

In fairness, I've yet to meet anyone in the UK that eats this!!!

As a Scottish person brought up in small Scottish Village inhabited by a USA Naval Base where around a 1/4 of the population was American, I can safely say I am fluent on both UK and American Speak/Culture. So I find it quite weird when other UK people don't get the USA versions, it's second nature to me. We were…

They do 'Powerhoop' classes at my gym, it was quite popular here in the UK for while, I think. I've never done them, it's not really my thing, to be honest, and I never was great at hula hooping. However, I know quite a few people who have tried it, and said it is a good cardio workout, but then that's a class taken by an…

Boiled green bananas!!! The answer to all our problems!!!!

You're speaking on behalf of women and everyone on this site, huh? :noway: No, don't do that, please, we can speak for ourselves, thanks, so YOU speak for YOURSELF. Its a bit of fun. You don't like it, don't participate.

Love the honey oat bread, with Chicken, tomato, lettuce, cucumber and pickles.

Absolutely. I think its about time people starting being accountable for themselves. A 150lb person would have to pay an extra charge for their bags being a few pounds over the limit, right? Yet a 400lb person with no extra luggage pays less? Obesity isn't something people 'can't help,' its not a disability. We all have a…

Doritos Salted Cashews Cupcakes Brownies Anything Reece's - Cups, pieces, bars I still eat all these things, but will go and buy like one small bag, for example, at a time as a treat. But I can't randomly have them in the house, I can't control myself around these foods.

I quit smoking just over a year ago, the best thing I ever did. It did affect my weight loss at the time, but I'm back on track now. Feel free to add me as a friend.

6 months I think.....or thereabouts. Should probably update it actually. I'll wait until after Thursday as I'm getting my hair cut and coloured then.

He texted me an hour after I dropped him off at work just to say hi.
