What are your macro targets? And can you tell us a little bit more about WHAT kinds of foods you are eating?

Personally I think that is way off track. It is a low impact exercise, that one can use to get their heart rate up and get moving. Heart rate is the best indication of level of effort, which burns calories. To say it is of no benefit is ridiculous.

Thanks very helpful. At TDEE minus 30% I should be eating 1900 cals. Ill try upping from 1600.

Thanks but I am still a little confused. The MFP guided "goal" has me at net 1320 calories per day in order to attain my goal of 2lbs loss per week. So if my average workout is 400 calories, my daily total calorie intake should be about 1720?

I do weights 2x a week, and cardio 3-4x a week.
