I've decided to do ZWOWs and BR from the archives that are not so equipment-based. I did ZWOD #1 yesterday, and it was AWESOME! My time was 28:45. I had to do the dive bombers and burpees on my knees in the last round, and I did one-legged chair quats instead of pistols because OMG my knees could not handle that!

This! I have a few sweeter teas around for when I'm craving something that isn't salty ... it's a vicious cycle going back and forth between salty and sweet! I really like Rishi Tea's Cinnamon Plum and herbal chai.

After completing the January 30DC, I have been on the fence about what to pursue next. I've decided to to ZWOWs with BodyRock archives. I'm sick of modifying everything because of all the equipment they're using in the new programs. I'll post scores/times here and there to hold myself accountable. Time to do some planning!…

The Game of Thrones theme song ... been in there for days!
-
By better I of course mean it was, to me, more entertaining in its perspective and approach. I'm not saying it is truthful by any means.

My hubby and I watched it recently. I consider all of these types of documentaries as entertainment only, as many are biased and, therefore, unreliable. I've been a vegetarian for 13 years and a pescatarian for about a year and, while I am not a non-meat-eater for ethical reasons, I do still continuously seek out…

Vegetariantimes.com has the most extensive veggie recipe database I've been able to find. I would start there. Also, if you like it, greek yogurt is an excellent source of protein. I sneak plain geek yogurt into almost every dish these days.

A7X, Fear Factory, Samael, Cradle, Immolation ... all great for cardio!

I have a few good self-help books that I frequently reference: The Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga by Deepak Chopra and David Simon (thanks, Kickboxer69, for introducing me to this wonderful book!) Getting Things Done by David Allen Switch: How to Change Things When Change is Hard by Chip Heath and Dan Heath

My existence, consciousness and self-awareness. Without these things, I would know and be nothing. :-)

i agree with the less frequent wet shampooing. suave makes a fantastic dry shampoo that smells nice, too, and it's under 3 bucks a bottle. organix is a great line of products for wet shampoo/conditioner and styling.

126.2 this week. Have a great week, ladies! :flowerforyou:
-
126.4 I ate like crap yesterday and didn't drink enough water over the weekend. Needless to say, my goal is to drink more water.
-
125.2!!!! .2 away from my goal! I guess these lunchtime walks and swimming are working. :D
-
127.6. Yay!
-
128.4. Same as last week.
-
128.4. Finally going back down. :)
-
129.6 ... Creeping in the wrong direction. I need to refocus on my workouts.

Was on vacation last week and couldn't weigh in. 127.4 last week, 128.4 this week. With all the crap I ate, one pound up isn't too bad. :)
-
Just had the chance to get on here now. 127.4 this week. Only up .2lbs. For not being too active due to being sick, I was expecting a higher number.
-
127.2 again this week. Sorry for the delayed weigh-in. No change anyway. Now that my cold is almost gone, I can work out again, yay!

Mine, surprisingly, has nothing to do with actual sunsets. I work at the HQ of a grocery store chain, and we call one of our stores Sunset West because of the street it's on and the part of town it's in. My last name is West, and my cube neighbor thought it was funny to call me Sunset West. When I told my hubby of the new…

127.2! I'm in day 1 of my TOM, so I'm quite pleased to have lost, even if it is only .4. :flowerforyou:

Wow, that's impressive!

Agreed! I, too, have really oily hair, and I've tested 10 dry shampoos. The Suave won me over in all categories. Works really well, smells nice, leaves no white residue and is very affordable. I shampoo/condition only on run days, so 3x/wk, and dry shampoo in between as needed. A bottle lasts me about a month (I have…

Thank you for continuing to put this together, Rach!
