I agree that something is better than nothing. If you can get to the gym 2x this week, then you can work on getting there 3x next week until you are where you want to be. You can cut down some sodium at Subway by skipping the pickles, olives, jalepeno peppers, etc. Stick with the fresh veggies. The lowest sodium choices are the Veggie Delight, Turkey, Roast Beef, and Ham sandwiches.
