I usually do cardio in the morning, strength at night. If I am doing a full workout it's strength first and then cardio. However, if I am doing a leg day it's no cardio. Just weights.

My favorite two brands: Lean Dessert Protein and Optimum Nutrition Whey. Both come in great flavors and mix well with water. For an on the go Protein: Muscle milk. It's got a great blend of protein, carbs and fat and is pretty filling with a banana.

If you are doing a 14 day induction, you do it on day 15. If you are doing the strict Cyclic Ketogenic program you go 6 days HP/LC and one day loading w/ carbs. I'm not a guy but I wear them for two reasons... easier to grip the weights and the ivknfactor of touching germ invested equipment. I wipe down the equip anyway but it gives me piece of mibd.

Broccoli and spinach. I like to eat broccoli for a snack like chips. Love the crunch. I eat spinach because I like the taste and its better than lettuce which i dont like.

You gotta be patient. It took you months to gain weight, you can not expect to just lose it all quickly. Slow weightloss is the best because at that rate it tends to stay lost. Adjust little things... decrease sodium, boost protein, eat more real foodies.

I like protein powder but you have to remember they are not all the same. 30g of Protein is pretty good esp if used with milk because that just adds more protein to the mix. I would absolutely supplement with protein powders.

My favorite protein shake is BSN's Lean Dessert Protein in Cinnamon Roll. It is so delicious. Second best would have to be Optimum Nutrition's Gold Standard Protein Powder in Banana Cream. Both brands have a variety of flavors. Those are just my favorite.

I love my kettlebell!!! I can't do impact cardio because of my knee surgery so the kettlebell exercises I do not only give me my cardio for the day but strength training as well.
