I am on the Visalus shakes, the main reason I like them is they help me over come my cravings cause I can make them taste like some of my Favorite things, for around 200 calories. I also try to drink a lot of water

I just upgraded from the bodybugg to the Bodymedia fit core system. @ jizinick Your body is constantly burning calories from just living, breathing etc. that is what it is counting based on your weight when it is not on your body
