Zumba Core for Xbox Kinect
Hello, I love Zumba and Zumba Core on Xbox 360 Kinect. I was wondering if anyone else was using these for at home workouts? I am combining the games along with 30DS and walking.

Hello my lovely ladies.....whelp I fell off the band wagon.....hard....I think I fell off and rolled underneath it and got stuck..........I am trying to shake off the dust and jump back on.... Fitness challenge week of 3/11
Ok this weeks fitness challenge...... Get a total of 300 INTENTIONAL fitness minutes this week (today - Sunday) Does not have to be "regular" workouts going for a hike, riding bike or anything that you wouldn't normally have to do anyways can be included in your total. Good Luck

Over Training?

Ok we are going to start off simple, lets make sure we are getting enough water! To find the minimum amount of water you should be drinking calculate your weight time 2/3 (or .67 for the math challenged like me lol) So, for me this would be 216 x .67 = 144.72 so 145oz a day......
