Ok this weeks fitness challenge...... Get a total of 300 INTENTIONAL fitness minutes this week (today - Sunday) Does not have to be "regular" workouts going for a hike, riding bike or anything that you wouldn't normally have to do anyways can be included in your total. Good Luck
