Ok I was thinking one thing we can do is have a "Biggest Loser" type challenge on http://www.skinnyo.com . I saw someone from MFP had one set up and I thought that would be great motivation also this is what I was thinking...... 9 week challenge. You must weigh in on the same scales on every Friday (or you can keep your normal weigh in day but just post by Friday night) and post that picture as your profile picture (just your feet and the # on the scales), and you must get up and move it, some form of exercise for at least 30 mins 3 x week.


We can only have a max of 16 people per Challenge, so let me know who is in and I can set up more than one if needed! :heart:
