Thanks for all the feedback everyone. I always enjoyed riding when I was younger (and much lighter) so I don't want to just give up on it. I never said I eat too little, just don't take in enough calories. By "I could eat more" I mean I'm not stuffed which is how I got myself into this mess. I am active. I'm a teaching assistant at a special needs school so I'm up in front of the class a good portion of the day. I walk 30 minutes a day Monday-Friday and go to a gym for strength training 3 times a week.

I just started last week so I don't know if it's working yet but I weigh 323 and I get 2210 calories/day trying to lose 2 lbs a week. I don't actually come close to eating that many calories tho. Averaging between 1600 and 1800 per day.
