That looks really yummy! A mcdonalds cheese burger is 300 calories which isn't *terrible* (not good though.. yours sounds better!) but who can get a cheese burger without the fries.. then the cals are crazy high :(

I didn't clip either of them.. Actually they were clipped but not over my shouders, the bib folded down and the straps hung at the sides.

I always thought that I hated running, but it turns out I hate running on flat boring routes where all I can think about is how tired I am. Love the treadmill and love running hills. Taking a class might help too! Not liking the workout you do is the worst feeling ever, and there's so many options that you shouldn't settle…

The skimpy clothes really seem to irk a lot of people. It just doesn't bother me at all though. If they were wearing it shopping or going to a movie I'd want to throw a blanket over them, but in the gym it just seems different

When I worked in retail (on 100% commission) I usually wanted to smack the customers..... Now my co-workers are my cat and dog and I don't want to smack them. More like roll around on the ground with them procrastinating. However, there are a few accountants that could use a smack. and a few auditors.

None of the changes have bothered me except how you view pictures now and how small and crappy the uploader is compared to before. It feels like he's just running out of space.

I injured my back very seriously a few month back and couldn't do ANY workouts other than gentle stretches for my back I still lost 18 pounds though by just being extra extra careful with my calories for two months. Take the time off, it is so important to heal otherwise you'll just hurt yourself again.

I usually have a tablespoon of peanutbutter.. from a spoon. I love peanut butter so it works for me. Plus the kraft low fat stuff is only 80 cal. I usually have a piece of fruit at the same time. or fruit and a babybell cheese
