I took a month off after losing 20 pounds. I ate maitenence calories for that month and still logged my food to make sure I didn't gain weight but I gave my body a break from the calorie deficit. I'd say treadmill is much easier. I can run 5K on the treadmill at 5.1 miles/hour without stopping but once I get outside its harder to regulate my own speed and just go non-stop. especially if I have to think about the route that I'm running (like where to turn or if I have to cross a street)

Since it's -30 outside right now I can't go out unless my hair is 100% dry.. so washing it everyday means washing, conditioning and blow drying. washing takes almost no time. blow drying it out nicely does. Plus I wear a lot of fancy braids and up-dos and they work best with hair that was washed the day before

I have long hair and its too fine to wash every day. However I do shower everyday and give it a rinse if I've worked out.

I think a big part of it is that when you aren't 100% happy with your body you don't really REALLY look at yourself in the mirror..I avoided doing that at first and only started after I lost ten pounds.. so it was hard to see a difference.

They just want to cash in on the healthy product market and are too lazy to make an actual healthy product. Plus you get less pasta in each box and it costs more than the classic kind. It's just such a lame product and so misleading

I weigh myself everyday and I don't see anything wrong with it. The number goes up and down slightly but the general trend is downwards. There isn't a right or a wrong way to do it. It's just what works for you.

If you click on the community tab, then click on teams and search "Etc" you'll find team etc which has the nicest forums of allll of etsy. Lots of people there to answer questions and you don't have to sell to join.
