I am doing it. I did lose 4 lbs last week. Although I'm not sure if the 5:2 contributed to it. I did eat a lot (1 cup twice a day) of lentil soup. Sometimes I find it very difficult to eat 2000 calories after a fast. I'm still trying to figure out what is going on.

Thanks for the tips. I already do some of them.

I really don't like exercising either, but I do it. I am not the one to be suggesting exercises, but since you ask, here goes. There are some 10 minute exercises on youtube. Try some of them. Try dancing and or lift some weights. You may even try some good cleaning or yard work for 10 to 15 minutes. Hopefully this helps.…

What's the proof that it isn't safe? I'm doing this so I want to read up on it. Thanks

I believe the ticker is under my profile.

Yeah!!!!!

I do this. I account for 80% of healthy food and 20% of not "unhealthy." Even if I go over, I don't worry about it. I just try to do better the next time. My reasoning is that this is a lifestyle change and I can't stop "eating a lot of sweets" overnight. Even with this being said, I have read that Chromium Picolinate…

Amazing!! Awesome!! You have done very well. You look great. Well done.

Since I really want this to be a lifestyle change, I basically try to eat in moderation. I try to eat 80% healthy and maybe 20% of not so healthy on a daily basis. I try not to deprive myself because I don't want to go overboard if I don't eat something that I really want. Since I have started tracking calories, I have…

Congrats!!!!! So happy for you.

Although eating the same food is easier to track, I just love the taste of different foods to much. Sometimes, I can eat the same food, but not to often. It is so boring. Besides I just scan my food into my cell phone. Also, I agree with you friend. I would mix it up so you can get different vitamins.

I am still here. I have yet to begin level 3 so I have about 10 days. I can't wait to get started and finished. Sometimes I like it and sometimes I don't. I can see some results. Once I complete it, I may start over or do another one of her videos. We will see.

I will reply. I probably overlooked it.

30 days seem so long when your are exercising. I still haven't started level 3. I had to take a break because of back problems. I should be ready in a day or two.
-
Thanks
-
I took pictures and measurements. I had to take a few days break.

Is this the website I would use if I am just learning about lifting weights?
-
Great thread

Where did you find information about it? I would love to lose 4 lbs in two weeks.
-
This!!!

After I finish my 30 day shred, I may repeat it and use heavier weights or I may do Ripped in 30 which is also by Jillian.
-
I might try some.
-
Great Job!!! I am looking forward to my results.

This recipe may just make me eat oatmeal. I haven't found an oatmeal recipe that I like yet. What kind of oatmeal did you use?
-
Congrats on your success!!!!! You look great. Keep up the good work. If this is what these exercise programs will do for you, I better keep it up. I'm currently doing my 1st round of 30 day shred and still trying to eat healthy. Thanks for the inspiration.

good reading may ask a question later if it isn't already answered

Well done!!! You look great. This is very inspirational.

I had a hard time at first, because I was afraid to eat certain foods. I am suppose to eat 2100 because I fast a couple of days a week. I started increasing with nuts, nut butters, olive oil, cookies, chips, etc. Some food is healthy and some food is not so healthy, but my lifestyle change is to eat at a deficit and not…

I don't have a favorite. I'm looking for something that I like, because I really don't like salads. I just make myself eat them.
