I like lemon herbal green tea. If I buy regular green tea, I add some lemon juice.

This is what I do. I also add 1-2 cups of spinach and 1-2 teaspoons of ground flax seed.

I do 5:2. It is very doable. I like that I can change my days around.

Water, green tea (with lemon), crystal light. I might try coconut water straight from the coconut. I read and heard that it has great benefits.

Right know I'm doing 5:2 fast. I really don't know if it working for weight as I have incorporated a lot of things such as exercise and eating more foods with fiber.

I am having the same problem. I would like to start meeting my macros. I want to stop eating so many carbs. I think the most important part of meeting macros is planning. I don't have a lot of time to plan. I just eat what I have and try to pre-scan my foods before I eat them. I can suggest whey protein. I drink it all the…

Try this. Plus eat lentil soup for one week for 2 meals a day. The more you eat the better. Be ready to go to the bathroom a lot. I lost about 2 to 3 pounds that week. I am about to do it again and see if it will work again. I still log my food though and I exercise. Right now I am doing 30 day shred. Best wishes. I hope…

I just googled a chart of foods with proteins. Some lists have comparison of proteins and carbs. See what foods you like. Hope this helps.

I'm no expert, but I think bm and pee pee is the way the body gets rid of excess weight. I ate lentil soup one week (two times a day) and I was in the bathroom forever with bm. When I weighed in one week later, I was down four pounds. I'm getting ready to do it again.:smile:
