This is definitely my biggest problem. None of the usual suggestions for preventing binges (i.e., go for a walk, take a hot bath, etc.) do me any good. They might just distract me temporarily, if I'm lucky. So far, I haven't found anything that will fill what feels like the NEED to pig out until I hurt. Keep hoping maybe…

I actually just emailed Beach Hut Deli back in May asking about nutrition information and they sent me a PDF. The "Dude" size is half of a small, not sure if that's the same as child's portion, maybe? Hope this helps! :smile:

My gallbladder was removed about 10 years ago. I'm one of the lucky ones and haven't noticed any issues with any foods since then. Hopefully you will be one of the lucky ones, too!
