Hi fellow MFPers :-) I had a child's portion Sunrise sandwich for lunch but cannot find anywhere what the calories might have been for that. A small is 640, so I just logged that; I'd rather be over than under. But, I wondered if anyone had any thoughts? I tried Calorie King, looked through MFP, tried online ...

I actually just emailed Beach Hut Deli back in May asking about nutrition information and they sent me a PDF. The "Dude" size is half of a small, not sure if that's the same as child's portion, maybe? Hope this helps!
