I am in but this month is going to be tuff as it’s my birthday on 3rd, Mother’s Day on 11th and Easter at the end of the month. Hi, I too bought Swerve but have not used it yet (damn expensive) I kicked sweetner in my coffee before starting keto and have not had a craving for anything sweet since starting keto. What do you use it for?

I have also suffered with cramp, both in my toes and calf's eventually I had to go to the Dr. He gave me some Quinine tablets which do help but I also drink tonic water now in the evenings as I tend to get it more at night when going to bed as well as when I am training.

Yes i know it was a huge water loss but even so I was not expecting it to be so much of a loss. I made changes like my portion size, gave up the daily glass of wine or two! and have been eating all the paleo diet food list. Evening meal has been a protein with a green salad or steamed veg. I have not felt hungry and if i do feel peckish i have taken a piece of fruit or berries and left the tea biscuits in the kitchen.

I always tend to calculate the calories that i eat and using the bar codes I can total accurately and the exercise calories are a bonus.

I weigh myself on Saturday Mornings, that way if I am going out for dinner on Saturday night it balances out during the week.

Wow, thats a lot of calories, I would be afraid to eat all the extra calories! I would feel that I am not on a diet. I am on a healthy way of eating and not on a diet but I would still feel that I would need to refrain from eating the calories I have burned off.

Yes, you are right and I wish they did do an hour class but most of the classes are for lunch time or only 30 mins. I usually do 30 mins on the treadmill then do some weights and do over an hour, today I just wanted to do something and this suited me as I cannot go gym after work today.

All I can say is that if you have an underactive thyroid your dr shouldnt have let you leave the surgery without giving you a prescription as you cannot manage this condition without medication. Confirm your condition and then deal with what you have or not!

Oops sent by mistake. I suffer from an under active thyroid and I can tell you, you can loose weight but its harder to keep it off.
